Description
A memorial plaque is one of those things you make once and then never have to think about again. It goes on a bench, a tree, a garden bed or a shed wall, and it quietly does its job for years.
This one is cut from 316 marine grade stainless steel, the same grade used on boat fittings and coastal handrails. It handles rain, sun and salt air far better than cheaper alloys, and the brushed surface stays easy to read in bright sun without throwing glare back at you. Your design is laser engraved straight into the metal, so it will not fade, peel or lift, even after years out in the weather.

This plaque is made for your own artwork. Upload your black and white design when you order and we will laser engrave it exactly as supplied. A clean black and white graphic works best — vector art is ideal (find out why here), and every uploaded design comes with an a live preview for you to see prior to adding to cart.
Three sizes to suit the spot
- Large: 210mm x 148mm, no mounting holes, 1.5mm thick
- Standard: 100mm x 50mm, no mounting holes, 1.5mm thick
- Standard with holes: 100mm x 50mm, pre drilled mounting holes, 1.5mm thick
Fixing it in place
The 100mm x 50mm version with pre drilled holes takes standard screws or bolts, which suits timber benches, posts and most tree mounts. The plain versions can be fixed with an exterior grade adhesive such as Sikaflex or a marine grade epoxy, giving you a cleaner look with no visible fixings. If the plaque is going up near the coast, seal the edges and back with a clear marine grade sealant before installation and reseal every year or two. Inland installs need nothing extra.
