What’s the difference between the Captain and Sailor cap styles?
The Captain’s cap is black with gold detailing, a gold braid across the brim, and a navy and gold anchor with “Captain” embroidered below it. The Sailor cap is white and navy with a simpler, classic look and no “Captain” text. Both get your chosen name embroidered on the left side.
Can I pick the font for the embroidered name?
Yes, you can select your preferred font style from the options on the product page. You’ll usually be able to see a live preview of how the name looks in your chosen font before you place your order.
Can I get a custom logo embroidered instead of a name?
This particular cap is designed for name embroidery only. If you’re after fully custom logos or different cap colours for a large bulk order of 1000 or more units, get in touch with our corporate team and we’ll work something out.
Is there a proof sent before production?
No artwork proof is sent for name embroidery, so make sure you double-check the spelling and your selections carefully before confirming your order.
Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch.
