Your gift is made to order by our team, with your chosen details making it truly yours. The time we need varies between engraved, embroidered and printed pieces, with a little extra time sometimes needed for larger orders and busy gifting seasons.

Can I collect my order?

Local to Newcastle or Lake Macquarie? We'd love to see you at our Bennetts Green workshop. Choose Click & Collect at checkout when it's available for your order, and we'll send you an SMS as soon as your gift is ready to pick up.

How do I track my order?

Looking forward to your delivery? You can check on your order through our Order Tracking page using your order number and checkout email address.

When your gift is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. The carrier's tracking page will have the latest parcel scans and delivery updates.

Arrived promptly, was neat & exactly as shown in the picture - the perfect gift!

Unfortunately the engraving was so tiny it couldn’t be read by the recipient with the naked eye. Can be seen in the photo but not with naked eye.
Would have otherwise been perfect.
