What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear side-on photo of the car with even lighting works best. Make sure nothing is blocking any part of the car, and avoid fuzzy photos or images taken from a distance. People and pets inside the car can’t be included in the artwork.

Why is the keychain always silver?
The keychain comes in a stainless steel effect finish with black engraving only. If your car is a different colour, it will still appear silver on the keychain.

Will I see a proof before production?
No. This bundle doesn’t include an artwork proof or preview. Our graphics team will create the line artwork from your photo and apply it directly to all three items.

Can I buy the items separately?

How long does delivery take?

Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.

Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).
Free standard shipping on orders over $120.

Can I see what my personalisation will look like?

Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.

If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:

The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.

We put a lot of care into making our product photos, descriptions, and checkout information as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. The details you need are shown on the product page before you buy.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
