I ordered 3 custom license plate key rings, 2 of which were printed in the wrong colour. I emailed about the error and was informed that replacement items were shipped within an hour of sending the email. Very happy with the response and time to get the items. Items themselves are good quality and look great. Obviously not ideal about the colour mixup but accidents happen! Would definitely purchase here again
