How do I wash the embroidered towel?
Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, separately from other towels for the first few washes. Don’t bleach, don’t iron, and use low heat if tumble drying. Do not dry clean.
What’s the white paper backing on the embroidery?
It’s a washable stabiliser that keeps the stitching neat during production. It will wash out in the first wash, so don’t pick at it. Just throw the towel in the wash and it’ll disappear.
Will the colour match what I see on screen?
Screen colours can vary between devices, so the actual towel colour may differ slightly from what you see online. Different production batches can also have small variations, which is normal with dyed textiles.

Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. - Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).

Can I see what my personalisation will look like?
Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.
We put a lot of care into making our product photos, descriptions, and checkout information as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. The details you need are shown on the product page before you buy.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
