What sort of photo should I upload? Use the highest quality image you have. Avoid photos saved from social media like Facebook or Instagram, as these are compressed and low resolution even if they look fine on your phone. Clear, well-lit photos work best.
Can you improve a low-quality photo? Unfortunately, low-resolution photos cannot be enhanced. The final print quality depends entirely on the resolution of the image you upload, so please send the best version you have.
What about photos taken at night or in low light? Photos with excessive shadows, brightness, or poor lighting that covers important features like faces are not recommended. Daytime or well-lit indoor photos produce the best results.
Can I change my photo after ordering? Please check all details carefully before confirming your order. Once it enters production, we cannot change the photo.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. For the fastest update, check your tracking details with Australia Post first, as they have the latest scan and delivery information.

Most items are personalised within one business day. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:

Large, corporate, or peak season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.

How much does shipping cost?
All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.
- Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120.

Can I see what my personalisation will look like?
Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.
We put a lot of care into making our product photos, descriptions, and checkout information as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. The details you need are shown on the product page before you buy.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
Most orders are ready the next business day. We will text you as soon as your order is good to go. Please wait for the SMS before heading in.
Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.
