Can I change the personalised text after ordering?
Once your order enters production we can’t make changes to the engraved text. Double-check your spelling before you hit the checkout button, and you’ll be golden.
Does the night light come with a wall plug?
The USB cable is included but the wall plug isn’t. Most people already have a spare USB adapter around the house.
Is the acrylic piece replaceable?
Yes. The personalised acrylic panel is interchangeable, so if you ever want to upgrade to a new design you just slide it in and out of the wooden base.
How bright is the LED light?
It’s designed as a night light, so it gives a soft ambient glow rather than a harsh beam, perfect for bedtime routines.

Can I collect my order?
Local to Newcastle or Lake Macquarie? We'd love to see you at our Bennetts Green workshop. Choose Click & Collect at checkout when it's available for your order, and we'll send you an SMS as soon as your gift is ready to pick up.

How do I track my order?
