As a first time customer who has no idea what he is going to get, confirmation artwork is to expensive for a simple text based plaque. Otherwise the engraving quality was good and response was fast.

I bought the Couchie cloth as a funny gift for my friend. It was such great quality and shipped so quickly. I emailed to make a change to my order (within a couple of hours of placing the order) and it was too late because the product had already been made! I paid extra for courier delivery and I was SO happy – the product arrived a day and a half later! Very impressive given how long a lot of things take to ship these days! The product itself was of high quality and there was clearly extra attention paid to how this product was packaged: it came in a box (so it was well protected for shipping), and wrapped nicely in black tissue paper which was great – saved me from having to wrap it once it arrived.
