The end result was great! Due to the natural grain of wood, some lettering can become obscured. I feel this could be remedied by flipping the board over so the printing is on the darker grain. I asked for it to be reprinted and Custom Kings graciously did it for free! They respond within a day or two and keep up with all correspondence. Excellent customer service!

I was a little disappointed with my purchase, but the fault was mine. I requested that the name Edith be embroidered onto a pink towel. Unfortunately the colour I chose for the embroidered name was almost the same colour as the towel so you can’t really see it.
