This item is sublimated with your design and may have a noticeable joint seam on the back of the print due to the manufacturing process. As with all print products, colours on your device might not truly reflect the print colours possible, we aim to ensure the visual design matches the print as close as possible. We can not contact each customer if a design is faulty or requires extra graphic work so please ensure the visual you see is the final result you wish.

Ordering & delivery

Choosing something special? Here's a little help with personalisation, delivery and getting your gift on its way.

When will my order arrive?

Planning for a birthday, celebration or a little surprise? The delivery estimate on this product page, where shown, is a handy guide to when your gift could arrive. It allows for us to personalise your order and for your parcel's journey to you.

Delivery dates are estimates, so it's worth leaving a little extra time for a special occasion. Our production and delivery guide will help you plan ahead.

How long does personalisation take?

Your gift is made to order by our team, with your chosen details making it truly yours. The time we need varies between engraved, embroidered and printed pieces, with a little extra time sometimes needed for larger orders and busy gifting seasons.

You'll find our current production timeframes here. These cover creating your gift, with delivery time added after it leaves our workshop.

How much does shipping cost?

Simply pop your delivery address in at checkout to see the shipping options and prices for your order before you pay.

Putting together a few gifts? Take a look at our current shipping rates and free-shipping offer while you browse.

Can I see an artwork proof before it is made?

We know it helps to picture the finished gift. Our product photos and personalisation options are there to guide you, and selected items also offer a paid artwork proof. If one is available for your chosen product, you'll see it listed as an option before adding to cart.

A quick double-check of names, dates and spelling helps us make your gift just as you intended. You can also learn more about artwork proofs here.

Can I collect my order?

Local to Newcastle or Lake Macquarie? We'd love to see you at our Bennetts Green workshop. Choose Click & Collect at checkout when it's available for your order, and we'll send you an SMS as soon as your gift is ready to pick up.

Once your ready-to-collect message arrives, you're welcome to pop in during our collection hours. Here's where to find us and when to visit.

How do I track my order?

Looking forward to your delivery? You can check on your order through our Order Tracking page using your order number and checkout email address.

When your gift is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. The carrier's tracking page will have the latest parcel scans and delivery updates.
